Privacy Policy

NextGen Retail Solutions LLC · Updated September 16, 2026

This policy explains how NextGen Retail Solutions LLC (“NextGen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information associated with this NextGen marketing website, related business inquiries, and communications you request. Business contact details can be personal information when they identify an individual.

Your choices at a glance

You can reject optional tools, choose individual categories, or change your preferences at any time. Advertising choices respect your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal.

1. Information we handle

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, company, job title or business role, business locations, project requirements, supply interests, communication preferences, and other information in your message. We use that information to respond, prepare requested information or proposals, and manage the business relationship.

Our inquiry form is provided by HubSpot. When you submit it, the information you provide is sent to HubSpot so NextGen can receive your inquiry, manage our response, and maintain related business records. HubSpot and its service providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the form. If you contact us by email or telephone, we handle the information you provide through those channels.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and connection times. We may also receive business contact details from your employer, colleagues, or business partners when they introduce you to us.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.

2. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate requested products or services.
  • Communicate about supplies, sourcing, store kitting, rollouts, and related business needs.
  • Send product, service, and company updates consistent with your preferences and applicable law.
  • Maintain business records and honor communication and privacy preferences.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect rights and security.

If you subscribe to our communications, we use the contact details and subscription preferences you provide to manage those communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails, contact us using the details below, or tell your Account Manager. We may retain limited preference information to honor your request. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from responding to your inquiries or sending necessary service, business, or legal communications. Submitting an inquiry does not itself constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.

3. Cookies, storage, and optional tools

Essential functionality and security remain available regardless of your optional choices. We store your privacy preferences in this browser for up to one year so the website can remember your decision. Clearing browser storage removes that record.

With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, pages viewed, navigation, and interactions such as opening the meeting scheduler, choosing an email or telephone link, successfully submitting an inquiry, or completing an embedded meeting booking. Google may process online identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, and website activity. The Google Analytics tag loads only after you allow Analytics in our privacy settings. We do not send the contents of your inquiry form to Google Analytics. Optional advertising and remarketing tags are not enabled.

  • Analytics: optional tools for understanding visits, navigation, and website performance.
  • Advertising: optional ad measurement, remarketing, or sharing online activity with advertising providers.

Use “Reject optional” to keep both categories off, or open “Privacy settings” to choose separately. You can change or withdraw your choices using the footer controls. Rejecting optional tools does not restrict access to the website. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies for the current visit.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent every type of collection. For information about Google services and choices available within those services, see how Google uses information from partner sites, Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and Google My Ad Center. Those controls operate within their own scope and do not replace requests submitted directly to NextGen.

These controls apply to this site and browser. They do not change choices on GetSupplies, Shop NextGen, OrderPilot ordering environments, or third-party websites.

4. Sale, sharing, and browser privacy signals

Some privacy laws treat sharing online identifiers and website activity for targeted advertising as a sale or sharing of personal information even when no money is exchanged. No optional advertising tags are active on this website.

The “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control turns off optional advertising for this browser. When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, this site keeps advertising off even if an earlier stored preference allowed it. Analytics remains a separate optional choice.

This site responds to Global Privacy Control as described above. It does not separately change its behavior in response to the older browser “Do Not Track” setting. You can still use the privacy controls on this site. Google Analytics is used for this website’s optional analytics. Google signals, advertising personalization, and cross-domain measurement are not enabled.

For an opt-out or privacy request covering other personal information held by NextGen, email support@shopnextgen.com or call 1-800-774-6965. You do not need to create an account. Please identify the scope of your request so we can route it appropriately.

5. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose relevant information to service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, business records, and customer relationships; suppliers or partners helping with a project you requested; professional advisers and authorities where required or appropriate; and recipients you authorize. Information may also be involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the information involved, whether an inquiry remains active, the nature and duration of our relationship, and applicable legal, recordkeeping, security, or dispute-resolution needs.

  • Contact, professional, and inquiry records: retained based on the business relationship and related recordkeeping needs.
  • Technical website records: retained based on operational, troubleshooting, and security needs.
  • Communication preferences: limited information may be retained to honor opt-out requests after other records are deleted.
  • Browser privacy preferences: the choice stored by this site expires after one year.

We use safeguards intended to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to know about or access personal information, obtain a copy, request correction or deletion, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and appeal a request decision. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

Contact us using the details below. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to locate records and verify access, correction, or deletion requests. We do not require identity verification for sale or sharing opt-outs where prohibited. Authorized agents may submit requests as permitted by law, with appropriate evidence of authority where required.

We respond within the time required by applicable law. Where an appeal right applies, email us with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal” and identify the original request. California residents may also request information about disclosures for third parties’ own direct marketing purposes where applicable.

8. Other websites, children, and international visitors

Purchases, accounts, and activity on GetSupplies, Shop NextGen, OrderPilot ordering environments, or separate ordering services are covered by the notices for those services. This policy does not describe employee or job-applicant information in that capacity. Contact us for the relevant notice.

The website is intended for business audiences, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. NextGen is based in the United States; service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, applicable safeguards must accompany international transfers.

9. Changes and contact details

We may update this policy as practices or requirements change and will revise the date above. Where a change requires notice or consent, we will provide that notice or request consent.
